もぐもぐドーナツファクトリー

I went to the “MogMog doughnut factory “in world Porters in Yokohama.
These doughnuts are made of natural material.

My recommend it is the doughnut of solt , uses it in Amami.

This year is the 150th anniversary of the Yokohama opening a port.
This shop makes anniversary doughnuts, “yokohama muffin story”,pink and bule and white , yellow ,green.

soba

Today I fought against father.
But we were hungry so we stoped fight.

I asked my parents to lunch, soba, buckwheat
That shop in the bush has a high popularity among elder.

We climbed the stairs.
The bamboo grove continued.
We arrived at the soba shop ,[竹葉庵 chiku-you-an]
This tempura soba was delicious, it was tough.
I was full and forget my angry.

We took care not to take a false step.

ozouni

It is a New Year, a happy New Year!

I spent a year end and new year in Kansai, Kobe,and did my first experience there.It was about a “ozouni” ,rice cakes boiled with vegetables.
My mother cooks that the corner rice cake burns and puts inseasoned with the light soup and the soy sauce. The tool material are radish, carrot, and is leaf, and mushroom.




On the other hand, Kansai style ozouni is a carrot, a radish, a yuzu and a white miso without grilling a round rice cake

I like Kansai style better than Kanto style!
